ICAE GLOBAL CAREER FAIR -2018

Making a career choice is a diligently mind provoking task. At Ahlcon International School, a student’s dilemma is felt and understood that it is a hard and stressful process for the students to choose the right path for their future. Keeping this in mind “The ICAE Global Career Fest 2018” was organised on the 8th of August, 2018 in the school auditorium. The event was attended by 150 plus students who have had registered for the ‘Preparing for Life’ program and the event was organised in collaboration with ICAE. Twenty universities from India and all across the globe were a part of the fair. University representatives from, Istituto Marangoni (Milano), Queen’s University (Canada), St. George’s University (Grenada), NIIT University, Ashoka University (India) and few more universities guided the students about the various options they offer and a vast spectrum of careers the students can aspire to pursue. Some parents also visited the fair and interacted to understand the admission process and the other criteria to apply.

The fair was organised by the Ahlcon Career Council under the guidance of the School Counselor Ms. Chetna Sabharwal. Our principal, Mr. Ashok Kumar Pandey also met the representatives and shared his vision of how Ahlconites are trained to be global citizens and make justice to the motto of the school, ‘Global perspectives; Indian values.’
