Suggestion box: A great initiative

We at ahlcon firmly believe that ‘Student voice’ is the individual and collective perspective and actions of students within the context of learning and education.

Owing to this Ahlcon international school has decided to put up some suggestion and complaint boxes. A suggestion box is one of the most democratic installations any institution can have. It offers students an opportunity to air out their views, suggestions, complaints or any other information they deem necessary for the school administration. Perceiving this by doing research on student rights and importance of suggestion and complaint boxes few students from Ahlcon took this step to take this suggestion to next level and with the school administration's full support the idea of putting up complaint and suggestion boxes fulfilled in less than one month . Students realized that how important it is for a student to raise his/her voice therefore making the boxes a perk for introvert fellow mates, students raised valid reasons

- Students who are introvert don't open up easily therefore the problems they have keep lingering on they don't find the solutions but with the help of boxes they can easily write their problems up very easily and with the full support from our amazing counsellor there is not even a bit of chance that the students won't find solutions to their problems.

- Students having great suggestions for betterment of school keep it inside them for a reason being as simple as the fear of being laughed off , with the school management being so co-operative there are people like all incharges and principal who don't judge students in any way are always ready to implement new plans and suggestions in their school .

- With the help of this initiative the concerned departments of the school will be aware of the way teachers are building up the mind set of the students or were the teachers lack in providing moral support .
